By using Pet Meets Owner you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.

What you get

Digital portrait files made with AI from the photos you provide, plus a private gift reveal page. We do not sell or ship physical products. Any printing is up to you, at home or with the printer of your choice.

Your photos

• You confirm you own the photos you upload or have permission to use them, including consent from everyone pictured (and a parent or guardian for children).
• You give us permission to process the photos only to make your portraits.
• Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or depicting someone without their consent.

Your portraits

You may use your portraits for any personal purpose: cards, gifts, social posts, prints. AI results vary; we can't promise a perfect likeness every time. Every portrait includes 2 free re-rolls, then a full refund if you ask within 14 days.

Free previews

Each email can receive up to 2 free watermarked previews. They are for deciding what to buy, not for use as final images.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout and charged once by Stripe. See our refund policy.

Private links

Your order page and gift link are private but not password-protected: anyone with the link can open them. Share them only with people you trust.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
