2 free re-rolls on every portrait

On your order page, tap “Re-roll” on any portrait and we'll create a new version from the same photos. Every portrait includes 2 free re-rolls, and your earlier versions are kept, so you can always go back to one you liked better.

Still not right? Full refund

If you've used your 2 free re-rolls and still aren't happy, reply to your receipt email or write to hello@petmeetsowner.com within 14 days of your order. We'll refund you in full to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

When an order is refunded, its download and gift links stop working.

Tips for the best likeness

• Use one clear, well-lit photo per person, and one photo of your pet, with the face toward the camera.
• Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and group shots.
• Make sure the face fills a good part of the photo.
